Sea brae is an original stone terraced cottage about 150 years old. It has now been recently renovated to a high standard.
It is situated above the bay only 5 minutes walk from the harbour and sea front and has wonderful views of Tobermory bay and the sound of Mull looking out towards Drimnin.

Accommodation comprises Kitchen dining room, and lounge on the ground floor. There are 2 double bedrooms with seaviews and a single room at the back of the house with a velux window.
The Lounge has 2 windows to the front with an electric fire to supliment the central heating system. There is a good collection of books and magazines / leaflets providing information on Mull. There is a colour TV and video.

Seabrae has a separate kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is modern and has all the facilities you will require - cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge - freezer and ample storage space. The dining area has beautiful views of the bay.

There are 2 double bedrooms with sea views and a single bedroom to the rear of the property. Each room is fitted with quality furnishings and there is an electric heater in each room.

 

There is a large bathroom with bath and walk in shower. There is also a cupboard housing the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Seabrae occupies a superb position with some of the finest views in Tobermory. It has a private garden to the front with patio and garden furniture. The garden is a sun trap and looks out to the bay, Calve island and the sound of Mull.

Golf clubs and fishing rod are available to guests on request.

A travel cot is also available.

Balamory - For families interested in the TV series Balamory, Seabrae is situated close to Spencer, Miss Hoolie and PC Plums' houses. The garden at Seabrae has been featured in the programme.

All bedlinen & 1 set of towels each is provided.
